BMO is a bank with awesome and super friendly staff. The staff is very informative and helpful, and they are never rude, even when super busy. Customers find the service so good that they will never switch banks. The bank tellers are helpful and provide great customer service. When a bank card was hacked, the staff assisted promptly. The card was cancelled, a report was made, and the money was returned to the account by the next day. A new card was received within three days. For these reasons, many consider it the best bank in town. Customers are greeted when they walk in, and all the tellers are pleasant to work with. The staff provides excellent customer service and is a pleasure to interact with during visits.
I’m physically at this bank once every week at least.. staff is always so awesome, super friendly even if they’re super busy. Very informative and helpful, they’ve never once been rude to me. I will never switch banks due to their awesome staff team ??

I've been banking with Bank of the West for three years now, and I love their customer service. I always get greeted when I walk in, and all of the tellers are pleasant to work with. They even put up with my goofy jokes.
