“About 2 weeks ago, my wife and I came here because our wifi no longer was functioning and wanted to know the reason why it was no longer connecting. Ross was able to assist us with our issue. However, no matter what he did, it still was not responding, so we were able to get a new one free of charge. We also had other questions and appreciated his patience with us. He was able to get it connected there before we left. Thank you again Ross for all your support.”
“The worst internet service I have ever used. I do not recommend it(Edit)I am leaving the comment on top only to clarify. First of all I do apologize for this false review because someone else used my account without my permission. I have full control of my account now. Second, I do have Ayera service for my house, the account is under my wife’s name Maria and this service was and is a life saver, we were struggling with internet providers until we found about Ayera. I won’t go to all the details but this service does deserve a 5 star review.”

“These guys promptly responded to my request for an estimate. I needed to replace my Samsung tablet screen. The device had fallen onto blacktop, been run over at least twice, and exposed to the elements all night before it was discovered. The estimate provided was half of what I was quoted elsewhere (just for parts), and this included the work. They informed me the item was in stock and were able to see me the very same day. Several places I contacted offered to order the parts and expedite shipping for an additional fee but the wait was 3-5 days at best, after placing the order. My work requires constant use of my tablet. This would have been a considerable challenge and negatively impacted my productivity. No worries! My device was repaired in 30 minutes with no hidden fees and it looks and runs great!!!! Totally worth it.”
“Excellent service from the entire staff. I remember Ishmael and Sebastian but I spoke to all employees at one point or another as I was there for over an hour(thanks to Apple security).
I walked in looking for a mobile hotspot. I walked out with a new phone, case, charger and home internet!

“Service is decent. The one turn off is they charge $5 fee for paying up front instead of online because I'm not naive enough to give them my card number online that they might keep a card number on file where it could be stolen.”

“Shout out to Kayla!! She did an amazing job helping me as a new customer and as excellent customer service! T-Mobile should be really grateful to have her on as an employee! She knows her stuff and was quick and made everything smooth and easy for me and so did her coworker Adrian! They both have wonderful people skills and so very thoughtful and care about their customers! I am so very glad I walked out of Verizon and into T-Mobile!! I highly recommend!!!”
