“I wanted to close my account as I was moving out, so I arrived at the store just a few minutes after it opened at 10 am, signed into their guest computer to get into line and then it took about 15 mins for my name to be called.
I was met with a very efficient and charming young lady named Gani, who asked the usual questions and the reason why I wanted to end the service. She took the equipment and explained the way monthly fees were charged and printed out a form for me to sign, which I did.
And that was it.Took just about 10 mins.
I thanked Gani for her great help and told her how pleased I was with the management and the service provided here.”
