“I went in and it was very busy. Was expected for a Saturday. I didn't wait long. And the 2 gentlemen that helped me were great. I wish I remembered their names. I didn't get to walk out with a new phone due to my error on my account. But it was fixed and I'll be returning tomorrow to start the process again so I can walk out with my new phone. I've also never had any bad experience with my phone or when I had internet service.”
