Metro by T-Mobile provides prepaid plans and 5G phones with friendly and patient customer service. Staff are welcoming, helpful, and provide amazing comfort and reassurance, offering excellent and phenomenal help. Service is quick, with no line, and customers are greeted upon walking in. The team is happy to walk through options and set up new phones and numbers, all for a decent price. The experience is highly recommended for good service.

I went in because I lost my Sim card and Lily was such a great help. Her customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend coming here there was no line and when I walked in, I was greeted. She was able to reassure me of other options instead of having to buy a new Sim card when I brought the phone in.
