I made an error on my money order and had to return to have it corrected. Was greeted by kind and smiling employee and the fee was waived... the fee from my error. How nice is that! Very! Thank you for treating me with care and kindness WF!

deposited a large amount of money and they switched a very large amount of money that was intended to go to savings ended up going into checking and the balance that I wanted in checking ended up going into savings so they can make a $76,000 mistake I wouldn’t consider that safe on the very first transaction
