“Railcar's legendary build quality is no empty mythology. My unshin chore coat is comfortable, rugged, and beautiful. The term well-made understates it. This jacket looks great on the site, but even better in person.
I fully enjoyed the ordering/manufacturing process and it was totally worth the wait. These hard workers caught my order, then cut the fabric and sewed the garment just for me, that still trips me out. It's not tailored to my proportions, but it feels custom made and I really dig that part.
I didn't have any trouble with my order, but I was afforded an opportunity to learn about Railcar's excellent customer service. I reached out with a question and had prompt, friendly exchanges with the owners.
So after just one purchase, I feel loyal to this company and I'm eager for my next neat gear selection.
