La vie is a tiny shop with big mesmerizing pieces . I love Michael aram , and I was so happy they had some of his pieces. They beautiful young lady was so helpful, she gave me different ideas, about what to choose , I ended up buying cheese marble board. I'm so glad I did . My sister in law loved it so very much . Thank you la vie there is going to be more visits and purchases on the future.”

As she was helping me I realized she helped me once before and provided the same excellent customer service! I told myself to make sure I wrote a review today because great customer service is hard to come by! Especially on two separate occasions! She is very patient and helpful, gave me some great feedback and is so genuine. During the holiday season helping customers can be exhausting and overwhelming, but Christina being attentive in her role is just a clear indicator it's who she is naturally. Her hard work and warm personality should be recognized! Much appreciated!”

Tried in a pair of jean shorts in the fitting room and was politely greeted by Ms. Shelia! Kudos to her and her friendly demeanor! I ended up buying two pairs of shoes, the pair is shirts & a candle.     “Typically I cannot stand walking into Tilly's I have been to several locations where I am repeatedly ignored it has happened at this location as well. I don't know why it happens but several employees have looked right passed me and approached customers that I guess fit their style a bit more??? I went in this location with a friend this past week and A young man named Gilbert approached my friend and I and ask if we needed help right away! After declining his help, he proceeds to tell us that if we need help getting a shoe size or anything from the back to just let him know and gave us his name. He immediately began organizing shelves and folding clothes. He honestly made my evening. Right before walking in I told my friend that if i experienced bad service or no service at all again, that I would find and make a call to corporate for sure. Not because I wanted to be a "Karen". It's not even a big deal to me to be greeted immediately upon walking into an establishment, but because of just how many locations and employees have displayed such foul attitudes and LITERALLY ignored me in the past or chose to service other people around me but never ME. It was getting ridiculous. But thank you Gilbert! I don't know if it was because you're new or just raised right but don't change. It was the easiest thing to just ask if we needed help. And although we really didn't need help, you were the first person to ever interact with me in a Tilly's.”
