“My family and I love to visit the Santa Anita mall for a good walk, to eat, and shop. One of our go-to stores when we arrive is Francesca’s. My daughter loves their collections and they always have good sales available. The jewelry and accessories are trendy and good quality. My daughter loves their dresses because they are perfect for summer and fit really nice. The sizes run from small to 3X Large, but they may be limited in stores. The employees are always really helpful. Highly recommend Francesca’s if you're looking for a gift or for a trendy outfit.”
“I was doing some frantic last minute holiday shopping and the whole team at this location was very kind and helpful! I wanted to give a special shout out to Alexander though whose customer service skills were amazing, 10/10!! Not only was he able to help me clarify which items were on sale and for what price, he also went out of his way to find me the size I wanted by calling another location to see if they had it! And even though I was bugging him the whole time I was in the store and pestering him with a bunch of questions, Alexander was able to assist me with nothing but a friendly smile the whole time! “Came in with my mom and two kids this evening around 7p to shop for some jeans. We knew we needed to be quick since they close at 8p I believe.We roamed around for about 15min looking at jeans and still hadn’t been greeted. There was one associate on the adults side whom was just on their phone and not assisting anyone.After assuring ourselves to the fitting room, we left with a pair of jeans.”
“I can't believe the mean reviews, this place is the GREATEST. I just got a whole new wardrobe of high quality clothes and shoes for 52 dollars. One pair of the shoes alone would have cost me that much at target and I got four pairs, six expensive lounge wear or workout tops two pairs of pants and a sweater I saw on ebay for 56 dollars during Halloween for five bucks. GHASSAN A. was the salesman maybe owner and he was the sweetest ever even helping me carrying things and gave me a few extra dollars off several things because I was so excited it was my first time there. I can't believe I've been missing out on this amazing store with such great stuff for the lowest prices I've ever seen anywhere. Anyone who complains about this store is just a jerk. Seriously.”

“I haven't shopped at a F21 in ages, mostly bc it's very overwhelming especially with all the holiday deals. I asked a employee, I think her name was Kayla for a very specific sweater. She knew exactly where it was located it for me within a minute. This made my experience swift, easy, and successful, not what I was expecting at all- since the 40% off all sweaters I didn't think I would get lucky! Also they have the cutest holiday accessories from headbands to bracelets and hair accessories if you or someone you know likes that kind of festive wear. And they were buy two get one free :) I prefer this location over the montebello one- they shut down the top level and it's understandably crowded and a bit disorganized.”
