“My boyfriend purchased the Prank Kiss & Bloody Valentine scented candle (scent of lavender and goji berry in a frosted jar) that came nicely package in a cute box for his mother's birthday. The store had a variety of cute affordable gift options for any occasion. While he shopped at the store, he witnessed a passive aggressive female customer purchased a couple of items that seemed too large for the bag. She requested from the employer to have her items wrapped up prevent damage to her merchandise. The employer without hesitation took her request. At the time of payment, she pulled out her credit card and threw it on the counter. The employer took notice of this, yet continued to treat her in a respectful manner. You will be in good hands when you arrive here for your home décor needs and will be a valued customer regardless of the level of rudeness you bring. But please, learn to leave that personal BS out the door.”

“Such a cute fun store--a real gem in the city of Monrovia! I always find something new every time I come in here. I often need a gift and this is the first place I come. So many beautiful pieces of jewelry, wonderful candles, great table decor. I can always find what I need at Charlie's house. Kristin is kind and thoughtful and will help you find the perfect gift. You can find special gifts here that you can't find anywhere else and the prices are great!”

“This is a long overdue review. There were a bunch of delays in my project and I kept juggling options for purchasing and storing the flooring. Everyone working there (the Monrovia store) was fantastic--really friendly and helpful in working through the options.I got the Bellawood Geneva White Oak. It looks great, with lots of cool patterns in the grain. I've had it for about a year, and it looks as great as ever--no bulges or gaps or anything. It does have more knots than the sample in the store had, and the bigger knots are filled with some sort of brown putty. So, you might want to check those out to see how you feel about them. They don't bother me at all, and I would buy the same flooring all over again; I still love it.I'll post two pictures, since my camera phone is horrible at actually capturing color, and the two pictures are different enough to warn you not to trust the color in the pictures.”

“I had to move my aging mother from LA to Pittsburgh in a short timeframe and also get years worth of things out of the. house she rented. Shawna was amazing. She took care of everything - from sorting and organizing a house FULL of stuff, selling everything, and makjng sure it was all cleaned out at the end. It was a very difficult job for a number of reasons and many others might have just walked away. But Shauna persisted and got it done. Plus, we got a very nice amount of money in the end. Thank you Shawna! Highly recommend.”

“This is probably the nicest homegoods I have been to. The staff is patient and extremely kind, especially Joe. He was easy to talk to and helped us get three rugs. The rugs are heavy, and they take a while to bundle up, but Joe did a great job and never complained.”

“I had a pleasant experience today at living spaces due to some amazing team members! I was first helped by Maggie, who was so generous and fun to be around. She was also sweet to offer some water and coffee to us while we waited for a sales associate. Unfortunately they no longer offer cookies and I'd like the petition to bring back the cookies! Our sales associates were Rosie and Olga and they were super attentive and provided exceptional customer service. They were very helpful in providing recommendations and giving us insight on how the system works once we ordered our furniture. We ended up customizing our bed and look forward to getting it within the next few weeks! Thanks to the amazing ladies for making our evening easy and efficient!”
