“Such friendly and helpful staff at both locations. Both Burbank and Pasadena were an absolute pleasure to shop at and the staff really knows their customers.
I love the fact that both locations had all employees, employees stocking, register empties to managers remember me and even surprised me by asking how the items I had bought worked out. To me, that's definitely impressive!
Both locations had a variety of items that just amazed me. Was able to pick up various items that will really transform the spaces for the new year! Excited and extremely happy with Burbank and Pasadena Home Goods and look so forward to going back to see the staff and their friendliness and help and what awesome items they bring in. Can't day enough about how nice they skyline were and just shopping through the aisles seeing all the possibilities!
Pasadena Home Goods is just amazing and live how they have other stores in the outdoor location for you to go visit but really just love staying at Home Goods! Theresa and her staff are simply wonderful and amazing at Pasadena! Olga and both Jose's were simply wonderful and amazing at Burbank too! The smiles, the laughs, their help and honesty when I asked them for their opionions at both locations about items i was thinking about really elevated my shopping experience and showed me how much they actually listen and care for you as a customer to enjoy and be happy rather than just making a sale...and that's what will have me go back! Can't say enough about them and all their staff! Simply a pleasure and amazing! ????”

“Salutations Home is a metaphor for old Pasadena. It is cozily tucked away on a side street off Lake Avenue, (across from the old Chronicle Restaurant if you go way back). Similar to The city of Pasadena in relationship to L. A., in need not be boastful of it's subdued elegance. It's very YKIYK. And like Pasadena, there's something for every budget and age range. The decor is thoughtfully curated as one could imagine visiting an eccentric aunt that has spent a life collecting items that delight the senses, be it sight, scent, taste or touch. It's a tactile experience picking up items for closer inspection, the jewelry, linens, and candles entice customers to indulge. If that wasn't enough of a motivator, the complimentary signature gift wrap makes every purchase special. And it's bow wow friendly, I noticed a few well behaved cherished canines in tow during my shopping experience.”
“visited on sat 11/23 early afternoon, josh was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient— redeemed our what was going to be an extremely disappointing in-store experience. hit or miss with staff it seems like, an extremely unhelpful, inpatient lady that we first approved with questions left and very sour first impression. thankfully, josh’s good customer service allowed us to leave the store with a restored willingness to invest in furniture from here. unfortunate impression of an otherwise great brand.”
“This was the best Ross I have been to EVER. I go to Ross a lot in many different cities and states because it is my mom's and girlfriend's favorite store. They had a large amount of choices. They had several brands and items that I have never seen at any other Ross. When I'm in this city again I will definitely go back.”
“This grunge garage gantry gets me guessing the guests here enjoy the hoppiest IPAs. I'm a big fan of browsing! Nothing has ever demanded I buy it at an Urban Outfitter but there's always some unusual frat boy game, black pair of jeans I am tempted to swap my Hollister no fade stretch for, and pop culture overly on the nose I wish I'd been sent to a big city high school to really understand the references.”

Spent over twelve thousand dollars on a couch that day as expected but only because of the quality PB has. Francoise was amazing to work with. Very personable, witty and a great sense of humor. No pressure or negativity about the purchase in trying to persuade another way or style or up selling anything. In a world of uncaring, Francoise cared. That is a light in a dark world we live in and made this PB location shine.”

“walked in thinking it’d be a quick stop for one gift but ended up spending almost an hour in the cozy back corners. the staff member near the poetry section noticed I was lost and actually asked what I was looking for instead of just nodding past me which was a nice change. found this amazing collection of poetry books I wouldnt have seen in a big store its definately my new spot for grabbing gifts for freinds. the place has an open, quiet energy that just feels different than other stores, kind of like everyone inside is on the same wavelength. didn't get rushed out even when they were busy which is rare these days. grabbed a couple things for myself to because they had a small display of local journals and I couldn’t resist the hand drawn cover im a sucker for that kind of detail. I will absolutly be coming back next time im in town”
