“Over the past two months I have been dealing with an extreme the difficult situation, my oldest son has been showing up after school late with strong smell of pot on clothes. I purchased a 10 panel Drug test kit back in January and found it very easy to use and plus it accurate. I confirm with the lab and it’s both the same result.I made my second purchase in the beginning of April it was on Oral cube device 10 panel with alcohol and it also was good accurate. This is a mother’s difficult time review.”
“I might be only twelve years of age and never got needles in my knees for Stem Cells but I come to this place almost everyday and everytime I come past the lobby and I see all their employee's working - I can tell they're working really hard. Everyone is at work for about 8 hours a day and another 4 hours at home. I never stop hearing the phone ringer go off! It's none stop. - This is also a multi-language business which is awesome! I sometimes help my mom with very small things like : cleaning up the offices or writing down her agenda on the whiteboard. I'm very limited right now for doing this stuff because I am currently doing many sports. - but so far... this place saves lives and will continue its great works. Cindy was the phlebotomist who took care of us & she was friendly, gentle, professional & very skilled. The only concern I had was the cleanliness of the shared restroom, which needs more frequent & better maintenance.”

“My visit was quick and efficient. I made an account online and made an appointment through their patient portal. My doctor had sent in the order already, though I couldn't tell just by looking online - I did have to take my doctor's office's word for it. The instructions on fasting and how long to fast for came from my doctor as well, not Quest. I showed up a few minutes early for a weekday 9 AM appointment and checked in using my phone. I was called in just a minute or two later and there was no other wait time. I'm sure everybody's experience will differ, but mine was positive.”

“Very convenient location inside the Walgreens at the corner of Lake and Del Mar. It is best to go online to check appointment availability as well as lab services. I was able to walk in in the morning without an appointment. I checked in using the convenient kiosk along the wall. Wait time was about 40 minutes. I was called into the office by the clinician. She administered my tests quickly and efficiently. The clinic area was clean and well organized. All paperwork was double checked before I left with a friendly goodbye. Disappointing that Labcorp is closed Saturday and Sunday.”

“I had an overnight procedure done here, and was very anxious and skeptical about going. Right from the start, nurse Kristine made me comfortable. She was able to calm my nerves and because of her kindness and understanding, I was actually able to fall asleep. Kristine went above and beyond for not only me, but for the 3 of us that were there. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, and explains everything. She is very patient and honestly, if it wasnt for her, I prob would not have stayed for the whole study. The whole experience was interesting, to say the least, but I couldnt have done it of she wasnt my nurse.”

“When you need lab work done ASAP, this location is the place to go! I was trying to make an appointment for routine blood testing. There were no appts for 1 1/2 weeks! I decided to take a chance and just walk in. When I arrived at 7:30am when it opened, I had 4 people in line in front of me and it happened that all the machines to check in were down!! The staff was very professional and handled the paperwork manually. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was called back. The technician, Angel, that drew my blood was very efficient and friendly. He explained there use to be another lab open in San Gabriel but since it has closed, they are even busier! He had a very nice personality! He did not even hurt when he inserted the needle! I have had other technicians that really hurt!! I was able to get out of there within 45 minutes without an appt. I was so relieved to have my blood work done before my doctor appointment in a couple weeks! Thank you again Angel!! You did a great job!”
“Fast, clean and efficient service. Staff is focused and diligent. Lab has multiple rooms for blood draw. Rooms are clean, well lit and well organized. Appointments are recommended for faster service. Not sure if there's parking available in the building? But parking is available on the side street outside the lab location.”
“*I've been getting my blood sample drawn at this particular location for 10 years now. The Chinese technician is very, very skilful, friendly and efficient!?!? The 'Men's Room' is always clean too.*Usually there's a relatively long line at 8:00am as most people want to get it over with their required "fasting" and be able to get breakfast as soon as possible. To avoid wasting time to wait in line, I've found out that I would be the only one there when I arrive around 11:00am.”

“This Sub Lab--I had a very positive experience. All the staff greeted me and explained the entire process. People that keep complaining about this place but they keep coming back.
Management is to blame for this place to be understaffed and staff being over worked to the maximum. Staff is pushing to the limit like a machine and patients don't see this. The two female Phlebotomists are very experienced and one poke does the job. Before this place is even open there is usually a long line of people waiting.
They are receiving over 150 clients per day; a tall order, comparing to other Sun Lab locations.
This place is closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm - so please be considerate and come early and so that they can rest and refuel.”

“I had a great experience here. I had an appointment and checked in when I parked, which there were plenty of spots available. I waited in my car until I received the text message to come inside. When I arrived inside my name was called shortly after, and I was able to email the lab my insurance ID card since I don’t have a hard copy. The ladies at the desk were both very friendly and helpful. I think I heard them say they were short staffed, and these women were both the phlebotomists. Their names were Leticia and Sandy. I interacted with both of them and they were so kind and helpful. Sandy drew my blood and was so sweet! I will definitely return to this lab for future labwork! Thanks for the positive experience!”
“I've come to this establishment twice for drug screenings and Oscar has always taken care of me. He never fails to make my visit comforting and is always a great help. I came ten minutes before they closed and he still opened the doors as he did everything himself to make sure I was taken care of. Give that man a raise!”

“MS diagnostic is one of the few providers of in home medical testing. I see a lot of complaints about rude home service. I think it's more a matter of a tight schedule, they have a lot of patients to visit. I've used the service many years, and since I live right off the 10 freeway at the 710 freeway I am one of their first stops in the early morning as they are on their way to downtown Los Angeles where the bulk of their clients are. They may not be the most personable service providers, but it sure beats going in person to a crowded lab where you're surrounded by sick patients, and perhaps dozens of employees, some coughing and sneezing, that you are exposed to. One-on-one in your own home is always the best. It is true they are very lacking in providing sample containers for you to fill. They have called me from my street asking if I have samples ready for pick up, I tell them I don't have the plastic containers to fill. I ask them to drop them off and I'll have them ready by the next day. I'm sure they have dozens of empties with them. They always refuse to drop them off when they are in my area, instead having their Monrovia office mail them to me. Often just one container, when most patients need two. It can take a week to get the containers by mail, delaying vital test results. The instructions they mail you with the sample containers are faint, illegible xerox copies. You can't even read their phone number.”
