“I have an IBM Wheelwriter 1500 from the 80's that needed help. The carriage wasn't working and the keys were sticking, among other things. It was dirty and gummed up. David Deng did an AMAZING job restoring the thing! I couldn't be happier with the results. It's been cleaned thoroughly and is now in pristine condition. So smooth. The carriage is operating perfectly...along with everything else. I never write reviews but this guy is a TREASURE. He knows everything there is to know and I'm sure that there aren't many guys like him left. He gave me a VERY fair quote and sent photos and video of the issues and his progress as he worked on the machine. He completed the work quickly and couldn't be a nicer guy. I HIGHLY recommend his services. And anyone that has an appreciation for beautiful old TYPEWRITERS knows what a gift it is to have someone like David nearby.”

“This review is for the SILVERDALE, washington IHOP restaurant. At 800 pm , there were only one waitress, one hostess, and one cook. THERE were over 25 customers. HOW they mange to survive making over 25 hungry patrons happy is.....unclear. ?? Not once did I have to ask for another drink. Not once did I have to ask for ranch dressing. These three people, who were running this SILVERDALE IHOP, were outstanding. It was too bad that their bosses were not available to see how hard they worked. I really hope that these 3 staff members get help. But, as I stated, it did not seem that they were down on staff. They were amazing. The COOK,... he needs to be awarded. I hope he takes his talents to a restaurant that pays him 50 dollars an hour. He/She deserves the pay raise. Thank you for not melting down. You guys were great!”

“The best imaging (printer) company thus far. We've dealt with them for over a year now and have received the best user experience than ever before. Whenever we have any printer issues, one of their technicians would come and fix it, often times, within 1 hour. Perhaps it helps that they are located less than 15 minutes from our office. Our printers would "call home" if there are any problems, and toners would arrive 3 to 4 weeks prior to running out completely. I have received many great feedback from our end users from the reliable functionality of our Canon printers to the fast services received from Copyfree. Maintenance are conducted every quarter to keep our devices in top shape. We really appreciate the partnership we have with Copyfree. Thank you.”

“QNN Safes is a life saver. Lately there's been quite a few burglaries in my neighborhood. Also every time I watch the News, all you see is thieves breaking into your home when we are at work. I want my valuables protected. So I Googled safes, and saw QNN Safes. I called and spoke with a friendly gal named Delann. She explained types of safes, and suggested a Biometric home safe for me. I have to say, it wasn't too expensive. Also found out I could also go on eBay, Wayfair or Amazon and order online. I'm glad I called, because I feel I learned some stuff about security safes. “I used to go to Crest Office Furniture when Taylor Hurst with Taylor Hurst as my salesperson - and he was great at helping me set up my office furniture. He left late this summer, so another salesman stepped in for my next project. Talk about a disaster: no follow-through, inaccurate information, upping an existing quote when none of the specs changed, long delays not only in performing but just in getting information and returning calls; reliance on email and never getting it "right" withoutt even thinking to call; and to top it all off, an owner who upon hearing what was going wrong just blew off the feedback entirely. But all is not lost: Taylor Hurst moved to MIchael E. Powers and Associates - which carries virtually all the same lines of office furniture AND as Taylor is showing me, can customize furniture and orders in ways that Crest either never could or never would bother to try. Powers now has my business - and I would recommend to Crest customers and to those looking for a great office furniture resource that you look to MIchael E.
