“The folks here are absolutely wonderful. I came here twice and each time I was greeted with attentiveness and kindness.The first time I came here it was because my car was saying there was uneven tire pressure. I was a little nervous because I have never had to pump air in my tire before AND the air pump machine outside was blocked by other cars parked around it. When I pulled up to the air pump, someone came out of the garage and had me pull the car up to the main garage. He checked my tires, filled up the air, measured the pressure in each and sent me on my way. That weekend, the car alert came back on so I brought it back a second time and turns out there was a nail in the tire. I pulled the car up, explained what happened, they checked the tire, patched it up and sent me off. Both times they were great - very prompt and courteous. They did a great job (it has been 6 months and my tire is still holding up!) and they helped at a more than reasonable cost. I would highly recommend!”

“Dear Head Office:Today, the clouds parted and the Sun came out, Gaby was at the Deli Counter!!! Thank heavens, we've got tickets for the show at Stern Grove in the City and Gaby's Molly Stones sandwiches are The Bomb! A great picnic is guaranteed. How so great? (1) Gaby WORKS hard, she LAYERS the meat and cheese: for the Italian combo, she puts on Mortadelo, then salami, then more Mortadelo, then more salami and provolone throughout. That way the flavors are mixed, it doesn't taste like a slab of bologna on top of a slab of salami. Then she cut the sandwiches in half and wrapped each half separately, so would work at a picnic, fantastic.(2) Gaby KNOWS! When I first came in, I asked for an Italian combo, and she delivered. I felt like I was a North Beach in the city, only it was better than most!(3) Gaby is NICE and she CARES: She makes a point of getting to know her regular customers and looks out for them. Don't eat that, it's only coming out so so today, eat this instead you'll enjoy it more.Amazing, fantastic, wonderful”

“I was here opening my daughter's first credit card. To do it at Serramonte branch we either had to stay in line for hours or schedule an appointment weeks in advance. The Half Moon Bay branch is everything you would expect from a bank: professional, efficient and NO WAITING IN LINE for service. We scheduled an appointment online the day before, and didn't wait at all. Special thanks to Irina, who outlined all available options and guided us through the process. Excellent!”

“I want to thank the ladies at this back I came in Monday late around 4pm. To get my settlement check cashed. I didn't have a bank account , but my check was made out to them. They were able to get verified in a hour and I got all my money. I will definitely be back, I don't have a back account , but I may just try this place out. And they saved me the hassle of getting my money taken by the check cashing place.”

She walked me through all the options of personal and business accounts and helped me prepare the paperwork in advance so that I only needed to sign the documents and shorten my time at the branch office. Personal banker Mark B. Canlapan has also been very responsive, quick and helpful with the preparation of the paperwork and getting the accounts open and activated as soon as possible.I can't speak to the other people at this location, but Ms. Chew and Mr. Canlapan were very professional whom I highly recommend.”

My expectations weren't high, assuming it's a fairly big job that would require me coming back the next day. “I went to this bank because the one closer to my home was so busy! When I walked in, I was greeted right away by Personal Banker Geoffrey Manalo. I was there to resolve a situation with my mother's account. Needless to say, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. What I thought would be a long process, he cleared up the situation rather quickly so my mother did not have to be in the bank for a very long time. He referred me to the teller (Asian gal - sorry I didn't get her name). She in turn was very helpful in helping me complete my transaction, even escorting me to the ATM machine outside to be sure the transfer went through without any hitches. I don't think I would have received the same service in the first bank I went to. Thank you to Geoffrey and the teller for a pleasant experience!”
