“I’ve had a mailbox at this Postal Annex for a few years now, and I’ve always been super impressed with Morgan. She somehow knows every mailbox customer by name and face—it’s honestly amazing. I walk in and she’s already pulling out my mail before I even say anything.
Even when she’s the only one in the store and there’s a line, she handles it all like a champ. She stays calm, keeps things moving, and still finds a way to be super friendly and helpful to everyone. She’s super organized and just seems to have it all handled, no matter how busy it gets.

“I just went there today 8/8/25 to return an Amazon package. My order had UPS as the nearest option for me to return, I always return to Kohls if the option is available which has never failed me. I was very apprehensive at first due to the reviews regarding Amazon returns as well as my own experience with several packages a couple of years ago where Amazon never received the packages. The return was fairly quick. I was in and out in a minute. Guy in the counter scanned my phone and gave me my receipt. I will wait and see if my package really gets sent back to Amazon or if I need to change my review.”
“At 3:30 p.m. on a Friday, I learned that the printer I had chosen could not do the job of printing a 240 Perfect Bound book (240 copies). I called Precise. The service they gave me was amazing. They picked up the specs for the job that afternoon, gave me an estimate on the next Monday. They gave me a sample book on Wednesday and they fit our book printing and mailing into their busy schedule. It is one week later and the job is entirely done! Meanwhile, they kept me informed in a professional and friendly way. I would recommend Precise to anyone. Ten stars!”
“I visited this place during a weekday before lunchtime. I found parking easily and it was free. I was here to ship an Amazon return. I had a QR code and Charlie printed out the labels for my two returns.
One thing that I appreciate about Charlie is that they acknowledged me as I came in and let me know that they would be with me in a few moments. I did notice that they were finishing up an another task, but it’s always nice just to hear the communication from the staff member.

“This review goes out to a specific employee at Alaskan Cargo by the name of “Sola” Samoan brother. I am an active duty service member and was traveling to my next duty station with a layover in San Francisco. I dropped my family off at the USO while I figured out how to get my dogs from the Alaskan Cargo area to the international terminal (15 minute drive). Sola saw how stressful my situation was and decided to take action by offering himself to drive my two 50lb dogs, two large kennels and myself to the terminal. “During my long-term overseas trip, I had some items to send to my Korean home. Because it was a diving fin, it was a difficult size, over 1m in length, but with the guidance of the owner, I was able to pack it into a box, and the item arrived perfectly in about 6 days over the weekend. I visited in person because I was on the way to the area, and the owner was very nice and did a good job, so I found it very trustworthy. The product arrived perfectly well at a reasonable price (about 1/4 the price of an American courier company), so I highly recommend it.”

“I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Neal Budge, the store manager at the FedEx on Colma Boulevard in Colma, CA.
I am currently going through IVF, and timely delivery of my fertility medications is absolutely critical—if I miss even a single morning injection, I would have to cancel my entire cycle. Unfortunately, my pharmacy scheduled the shipment incorrectly, and instead of arriving in the morning as needed, my package was set to arrive in the evening.
In a panic, I drove to the FedEx location in Colma, desperate to find a way to intercept my package. This is when Neal went above and beyond in a way that I will never forget. He didn’t just offer generic answers—he personally got on the phone, called multiple coordinators and managers, and did everything possible to ensure my medication reached me as soon as possible. He treated my situation with urgency, kindness, and genuine care.
It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and compassionate in customer service, and Neal truly turned a terrifying and stressful moment into one where I felt supported and taken care of. Because of him, I was able to stay on track with my treatment.
Neal is a shining example of what excellent customer service looks like. FedEx is lucky to have him, and I am deeply grateful for everything he did for me today.

“I missed my flight to Asia from SFO due to a 2.5 hours delay from Denver to SFO due to bad weather condition. I Ended up staying over night at SFO. Southwest offers better service than a lot of other airline companies. i am sure they try their best. It's a better idea to flight with one flight to Asia without the trouble to pick up your luggage at sfo, and recheck in at another ticket counter for your final destination, even though it seems a bit cheaper, but definitely NOT WORTH IT.”
“I came in at 4:55pm with a 25lb box, no shipping label, and no idea what service to use. They close at 5:00pm and I had full confidence that I wouldn’t get any help and would have to come back another day. I was so wrong! I was next in line and the clerk who took care of me was awesome. I said “I need help” to which he replied “I do too!” After a quick chuckle I told him I just need tracking, speed doesn’t matter. He gave me the cheapest option and got my label ready for me (the package to its destination in 2 business days for $28!). I was back in my car by 5:00pm. Every interaction I’ve had at this location has been very pleasant and the staff has been super helpful, knock on wood! That’s why I keep coming back to this one.”
“Preparing for an art show at Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Museum contacted Ship Art to pick up the art pieces arriving from California. They arrived as estimated, wrapped the piece for traveling across country, talked about their system and when it would arrive in Philadelphia (in time). Watching us wrap the art to wear piece, they offered to wrap it in a box they had and we watched as they expertly took care of wrapping the art to wear. They just returned the piece after the close of the show, and it looks great, and we kept their box to protect it. We were contacted of the return date and time window and someone had to be at the address, and we were. Ship Art is a responsible, very professional company. Communication is very important.”

Two of the women there went out of there way to track down the package, and actually stopped my mailman before he left, so they could grab it for me.”

He found my package, went out of his way to help me retrieve it then he helped me load the 150 pound package into my small car.
