“Took the car first to my regular mechanic. He recognized I needed a new hose for the A/C but found that the part was out of production. Rafael at A/C Compressors was able to find a nearby shop to fashion a new hose from scratch. After replacing the hose and refilling the Freon, the A/C was colder than ever before, and that was during a hot summer day. In at 8am & out by 1pm. Expert, friendly service. I would recommend to anyone.”

“What can I say. This place is AWESOME. The replaced my rusted, stock system (on my 2019 Silverado 3500 HD) with a Magnaflow Dual catback system that I purchased and brought in for them to install. They wrapped the job up in about 2 hours and I could not be more pleased. The welds were flawless and the level of professionalism was outstanding. “I purchased a salvage vehicle a few years ago and over time found that the dealership did not fix everything properly. I had been debating on selling it or fixing it and decided to get some quotes on fixing the damage, not knowing the extent of the hidden damage. I ended up choosing Phantom Collision based on Abel's recommendations and pricing. After Abel started evaluation process, there were several issues that were hidden that needed to be repaired. I asked Abel how that would affect the original quoted price and he said it wouldn't and he would honor the original quote. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to massage the cars body to perfection. Abel was able to repair the bumper cover versus replace it and only required a few missing parts to be purchased. I would highly recommend Abel and Phantom Collision Repair if you want the job done right.”

“I'm so extremely happy I decided to go with Coast 2 Coast to repair my car. I was in my first accident and rear ended a truck quite larger than my Hyundai, since there was only damage to my car I decided to take care of it out of insurance. I spent about a week requesting quotes and received 6 total. The last quote I received was from Kevin, the owner, and I'm so happy I waited before making a decision. Kevin met me near my house to take a look at my car and prepare a quote for me since I wasn't able to make it over to the shop because of my work schedule. He was honest and transparent and just made the overall process really easy and comfortable! I never know when I'm being taken advantage of by other car companies especially being a woman but I felt comfortable asking Kevin questions. The quote I received was significantly lower than the other companies and even then Kevin told me to let him know otherwise because they are open to matching. When I pointed out that other companies quoted me for additional parts Kevin let me know his philosophy is to repair rather than just replace just because it might be easier, but it's more expensive especially for a customer paying out of pocket. I paid a deposit ahead of time to order the parts so the repair time would be quicker since my car was still drivable and dropped off my car with the technician who was also very nice. My repairs took about a week which is much quicker than I expected! Kevin kept me updated with texts the entire time and even sent pictures. When there was a change in the original quote and parts, he called me to let me know which I thought was very kind. This did not come with a price increase as one part I was originally quoted for turned out to be okay so it all evened out. When my car was all fixed, Kevin even came to me to drop it off in the evening after work! I don't know many car places that come to you for the quotes & deliver your cars and I thought this was great because they really help to work around schedules. I have to admit I was hesitant to go with Kevin first because there weren't many reviews online and I couldn't find much about the company. However, they are a new company (I believe this is his second shop) and he was the only one to provide me with his license number. Before him sharing this with me, I honestly didn't even know it was a thing for auto companies to be licensed. I would 100% have my car repaired here again, although I hope I never need to! It's obvious he truly cares about his customers and takes great care of their cars as if they were his own. My car came back looking even better than it did before my accident!”

“I found this place through a google and it’s review.My car issue: I jumped another person’s car and the cables were put incorrectly.after this I smelt burnt wire and my radio wasn’t working but at least it turned onI had another person check it out for me and they said that I will need to replace the whole fuse box. I look in google and found this place and gave them a chance.I could immediately tell by when I showed up that this was gonna be a great place.Upland Auto Electric: the two people that I was able to meet was David who is the main guy that worked with me ( the guy in the photo ) and Carlos. Very professional as well. They were able to find the problem and fix my car again to where everything works as it did before. Super Awesome !!!! “I stopped by to let them look at my daughter's 2015 Toyota Camry. It was cloudy when I left home and by time I arrived we had real rain. I parked out front and went in. I met Maribel at the customer service counter. I explained I had right side front bumper separated from rest of car but didnt know if there was further damage. I asked for time to get it inspect and then give me quote. Maribel immediately got up and went outside in the rain with me, checked out the problem and asked me to bring the car to the front door. As soon as I moved it, she came out again, inspected it, and actually put a couple of screws back in place so it would hold and not flap around --- all while working in rain. she came in and gave me a quote that was way more than fair plus she told me her "band-aid" service could last several months or possibly a couple of days. Very straight and no games. I offered her "rain money" but she refused. Special Thanks to Maribel! She is super professional sales person who knows body work from beginning to end.”
