“I contacted Green Tech as the first place I contacted never got back to me ? Green Tech made contact with me right away & kept me informed all through the process & also moved me up a day. The techs Gerardo & Antonio very professional & tested everything involved & verified their findings with their techs & shared the findings with me & answered all my questions. After the car started right away & the techs continued the check the system to make sure it working without errors & said they would wait if I wanted to test drive. “We drove two hours away and ended up in Norco, 100+ degree heat during the drive there and the AC in our truck wasn’t blowing cold. We were all MISERABLE, especially my six month old and having the windows down being stuck in traffic wasn’t cutting it. O’Reilly’s happen to be the closest auto parts store near our planned destination. Mo was so helpful. We had previously attempted to charge the line with fre-on and it was unsuccessful because we didn’t charge it enough. Mo saved the trip with his upbeat personality and we were able to crack jokes instead of being frustrated at the situation. We happily “froze” on our way back while blasting the AC making the traffic bearable. In short: Outstanding customer service!”
