“Awesome service from Rene. My car did not store the error code for some reason, he was able to brainstorm with me and had suggested it sounded like a water pump issue.
On my way home I threw another code (water pump) he was more accurate than the computer was.
He communicated the steps and options clearly, and helped me understand everything.

“We drove two hours away and ended up in Norco, 100+ degree heat during the drive there and the AC in our truck wasn’t blowing cold. We were all MISERABLE, especially my six month old and having the windows down being stuck in traffic wasn’t cutting it. O’Reilly’s happen to be the closest auto parts store near our planned destination. Mo was so helpful. We had previously attempted to charge the line with fre-on and it was unsuccessful because we didn’t charge it enough. Mo saved the trip with his upbeat personality and we were able to crack jokes instead of being frustrated at the situation. We happily “froze” on our way back while blasting the AC making the traffic bearable. In short: Outstanding customer service!”

“This location is my closest local auto parts shop, and I come here often for minor parts and car accessories like air fresheners, car wash products, etc. The reason I come back is because i enjoy walking in and seeing everything so clean and organized every time. The floors are always literally squeaky clean. This is important to me and it keeps me coming back!!
