“so I have an electrical issue with my car. I brought my alternator to CP and was helped by Gerardo who had it checked right then and it was fine. I told him I thought my battery was shot because it was only showing 6 volts, he said my charger would not charge it but he has a charger that will and said bring it in and I will charge it for free. picked it up few hours later and it tested good. I would have gladly paid for the service. excellent customer relations.bad news is I still have a problem with my car but didn't spend money on something not needed.”

“Jacob, Jacob Jacob...well done. I called in behalf of my coworker. She was very concern about her battery. Called and Jacob did me a solid with his professionalism and knowledge. He didn't ask if it was 4x4 or 2wd or automatic or manual. Down and dirty. Year and model I supplied him. He gave me options of batteries, (well done) and when I asked him the group size, HE DIDNT HESITATE . He knew what it was!!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!! My coworker called me getting her battery replaced and was very pleased. She said Jacob was very helpful. She was worried about the language barrier but she said he was very helpful and willing to help. THANK YOU JACOB, we need more humans with your attitude.”

“I shop for Instacart so I deal with customer service people all day. It's tough out there and lord knows it's not always easy so I don't expect much and cut everyone a break(everyone everywhere is trash tbh) But one of the gentleman who was closing Monday night by the name of Erik I believe reminded me that there is still some superstars out there. I walked in 2 min before they closed so I was expecting a hostile environment and I wouldn't have blamed them at all and would cut them some slack for it, but to my surprise it wasn't like that at all. Erik was still very polite and professional, helped me find what I was looking for and even gave me some suggestions for what I purchased. Oreillys you better make this kid a General Manager soon before he takes his talents somewhere else because someone as good as him doesn't just pop up all the time”

“I had recently got a rental car earlier in the day and once it started getting dark I noticed the headlights weren't working (it was late, rental was closed and I still needed to use the car). When I popped the hood I realized the headlight bulbs were completely missing! Fernando's customer service was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me figure out the correct bulbs for my rental. Since it was a newer car it was coming up as HID bulbs on the computer but after he looked under the hood he was able to confirm they were regular 9005 bulbs. He helped me pop them in real quick and I was on my way!”
