He met me in a very vulnerable and emotional state with a tricky phone situation at hand. He not only was so helpful and kind but he made me feel less anxiety about everything and made sure he could find options available within my budget. He didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience and was so well and soft spoken: I haven’t had a great customer experience like this in a long while and I pray he is getting recognized for his hard work.
