“This property was everything I could possibly want. Jasmine was an amazing tour guide. She took her time, and showed us everything we wanted to see. I am a very anxious person when it comes to things like this, but she was very patient. I would’ve signed the lease if my work contract didn’t require me to be elsewhere. I will definitely be reconsidering when my assignment is complete.”

“Casa Moreno Apartment has been a very nice place to live in. Ms. Jessica, and Ms. Majilin have been great property managers, Mr. Miguel keeps the entire property clean and looking beautiful. They all have been great people since I've moved in. They make this community a peaceful and enjoyable place to live in. It's a big community and although it takes time to get to meet all the neighbors, so far the few that I have met are nice neighbors. The best part, there's no drama or unpeaceful situations. CASA MORENO APTS IS A QUIET, PEACEFUL, CLEAN AND SAFE COMMUNITY.”

“I definitely recommend this place! The entrance was recently remodeled and it looks fantastic, maintenance service is fast, and the place is clean. The location is within walking distance close to grocery stores, bars, and multiple shopping centers. Also the downstairs staff is always friendly, ESPECIALLY Jhonny - who helped me get settled in, promptly follows up on questions, and ensured that I had everything I needed to be comfortable living here. “I lived here for about 18 months and I loved this place so much that I as sad moving out as I would from my childhood home. This place is a gem. Dave and Fernando are great, kind, and understanding. They fixed anything I asked for in less than a a day which is very impressive. I just had to send an email and Fernando will come right away to take care of things. The facility is kept clean and is a nice quiet community. My neighbors were very sweet. The leasing process was simple and transparent. The move-out was also simple and effortless. I'll definitely recommend people to live here.”

“I ultimately went with the apartments next door, but AVA was pretty nice. I didn't like how it is two buildings, so you would have the rooftop deck in one and the other would have the pool. Both buildings have nice courtyards. My friend who lived at AVA before liked it, and I think I would have also. The unit layouts are what I have been looking for. I went with Wakaba LA since I liked how it was one building with good placement of amenities. I think the fitness center is larger than several of the ones I've seen.”
“Joel is the absolute best. He fixed my shower water flow issue in less than 24 hours and that included the time it took to get the necessary parts! A few weeks ago he had a new toilet installed in no time at all.He’s always me meticulous and never leaves a mess behind. Thank you Joel!”
