“I had to open a checking and business account and I did it at this location of Bank of America. They went above and beyond for me. I'm super grateful to them and they have an amazing work team. Greeted by Isaura very polite and attentive. I was then helped by Luis Castrejon another person who outperformed and made me feel at ease knowing everything was going to be taken care of. He then had me work with Elsa Casteneda who was very helpful, supportive and understanding. My experience here was magical. Just so happy with this branch and their attention to service. “The girls at the montebello branch are always so helpful i can't begin to express how grateful and thankful I am for everyone. I used to bank at USBank for many years when I heard Estela was transferring to PPB I changed my full relationship to PPB. I recently had fraud in my account and the girls at the branch were extremely helpful and attentive they really made me feel like my money is safe at Pacific Pacific Bank. When I have any urgent matter I call the branch and they always help me to the best of there abilities and in a very professional and in timely manner. Estela, Kassandra and Virginia are always so helpful and patient to help us with all our needs. If you are looking for a new bank this is definitely the bank to go to. Ask for any of the young ladies I have mentioned above and they will be more then happy to help you. Everytime i go into the Montebello branch I see how helpful they are to all there clients and I really appreciate that they treat everyone equally.”
