I was worried because there were so many important files & images that I didn't want to lose, but Julio assured me he would not only be able to help fix the problems, but he'd make it better that ever. He said he guarantees his work & only pay until I was completely satisfied. Just a couple of days after I dropped off the desktop, I got a call it was ready. He was true to his word & exceeded all of my expectations! Not only did he get my computer running fast again, he added memory and even backed up all of my files onto an external hard drive. “I took my laptop there Thursday afternoon. The charger wasn't working right. I had tried to replace tge cord with one from Best Buy. That didn't work either. I came here and by Thursday night they had already diagnosed the issue was that it needed a deep cleaning. The port didn't need changed or anything. Between the diagnosis and the cleaning my total was less than $200. I paid extra as my choice for the expedited diagnosis. I would HIGHLY recommend them and use them if needed in the future. My laptop works great now”

“Wow. I am super impressed with their service. The City of Lakewood has Jimmies tree service as one of their recommended list for tree removal. The 1st group has come to cut down the humongous tree in my parkway. There were about 7 men and a supervisor. One man cuts, other men maneuver the falls with a rope, other men picked up to grinder, and clean up. Job was done within an hour! Without any damaged to my hedge in front of it. Second group came for another day to grind the tree stump. They were on time and even early as expected. Grind the stump within an hour and cleaned up. Both group has done a superb job. I would definitely give this a 5 star with their fantastic service, plus their price was much lower than the other company. I'm glad the City Lakewood has recommended this company. I would highly recommended "Jimmies Tree Service" .”

“My Zalman 1000W from 2009 has seen too many moves over the years, I think I have a broken solder joint. A technical tap turned it on while plugged into a power supply tester. Unfortunately my power supply is not under warranty anymore. I do want to say I had a very positive experience with Daniel and a quick reply for warranty service. I was most proud of my Zalman with the dual heat pipes and huge heat sinks 80 plus too. Yum”

With my Best Buy membership all of the setups were covered, today's cost alone would have been about $125 to do the data transfer and Screen protector all covered in the membership. Update, since the late time we purchased a new Dell Laptop a little over a year ago and they were great with setup and protection 3/2025. We purchased a new Dell PC, HP printer, and LG monitor in July and have been back several times for some needed extras(data transfer, complete in home setup). We trust Best Buy and have had great service from them over the years.”
