“I had a good experience at Best Buy. We went in looking for a gas line for our dryer. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the exact fitting that matched our unit, but the staff was still very helpful and kind while assisting us and trying to find a solution.
The store itself was nice and clean, and the employees were friendly and willing to help even though we didn’t end up finding the part we needed. It’s still a great place to shop for electronics and appliances, and I’d definitely come back in the future.”
“We had such a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Andy from TCL and his manager, Joshua Arellano. Both of them went above and beyond to help us find the right TV for our setup.
We came in needing a TV that would work with a specific mount we already had, and Andy took the time to really understand our situation. What stood out the most was his honesty. Even though it meant he wouldn’t get credit for the sale, he still showed us a different brand that would fit our mount perfectly. Because of that, we avoided having to spend extra money on a new mount and installation.
It’s rare to come across someone who is that genuine and focused on helping the customer instead of just making a sale. We were honestly a little disappointed we couldn’t give him the credit for the purchase, but incredibly grateful for his guidance and integrity.
Joshua Arellano clearly runs a great team. His leadership shows through in the level of service and professionalism we experienced, and it made a big difference during our visit.

“I recently got water damage on my MacBook and urgently needed to have the inside cleaned to give it the best chance of survival. I decided to go to Alice Computerworks because they don’t require reservations, and I didn’t have to wait or go through the lengthy procedures you get at the Apple Genius Bar. I brought my laptop in, and within an hour they had cleaned the inside of my MacBook. The service was super fast and the people there were very helpful.
If your laptop ever suffers water damage, I highly recommend bringing it here so you can get it looked at immediately. Even if the damage is severe and parts need replacing, they can handle the repairs and even help communicate with Apple, so you don’t have to worry about it yourself.”

Then I met Nofo, who assisted me through the entire process of trading in my old iPhone and setting up my new one. It was ready for me to pick up the next day, where as other computer repair shops I called (including the Apple store) would have it ready in 7 days or more, for literally more than double to price. “My Zalman 1000W from 2009 has seen too many moves over the years, I think I have a broken solder joint. A technical tap turned it on while plugged into a power supply tester. Unfortunately my power supply is not under warranty anymore. I do want to say I had a very positive experience with Daniel and a quick reply for warranty service. I was most proud of my Zalman with the dual heat pipes and huge heat sinks 80 plus too. Yum”

He was super helpful, explained everything I needed to know clearly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently, despite some shipping delays of battery (it was over the weekend, so understandable).
