They explained it would be cost efficient to replace my laptop instead of fixing and due to the time I had, we decided to replaced and it they charge a fair price to transfer everything from my old to my new laptop. Definitely will be recommending them and coming back for any future issues with my computers.”

“Wanted to leave an actual employee review via best buy but they make it so hard, I just couldn't figure it out, and haven't (yet/ at the time of writing this) received a follow up satisfaction survey. Came here to say I had an awesome experience, the guy who helped me out was Jeremy the guy from the veriozon department! He was great, helpful, nice and a fun conversation. He helped me switch over my data to my new phone and was so informative, and extremely patient. It's nice to see people actually enjoy thier job. The rest of the staff was great to, and the store was great. Definitely recommend you stop by for whatever you need. Shout out to Jeremy again! Thanks a bunch!”

“I needed a few monitors, keyboard and some cables today to set up my home office, and was helped by Stephanie! She was kind, knowledgeable and found ones that would work for me. I initially went in for certain moniters but they were out of stock and Stephanie was able to find 2 similar ones that would work and still have good quality. She was patient, and kind. She described the difference between the brands/moniters! Next time you're in the laptop/gaming/moniters/desktop section, ask for Stephanie! I highly recommend her.

“Update, 8/17/26 purchased a new S26+ they were great again!! With my Best Buy membership all of the setups were covered, today's cost alone would have been about $125 to do the data transfer and Screen protector all covered in the membership.
Update, since the late time we purchased a new Dell Laptop a little over a year ago and they were great with setup and protection 3/2025.
We purchased a new Dell PC, HP printer, and LG monitor in July and have been back several times for some needed extras(data transfer, complete in home setup). We trust Best Buy and have had great service from them over the years.”

“I recently got water damage on my MacBook and urgently needed to have the inside cleaned to give it the best chance of survival. I decided to go to Alice Computerworks because they don’t require reservations, and I didn’t have to wait or go through the lengthy procedures you get at the Apple Genius Bar. I brought my laptop in, and within an hour they had cleaned the inside of my MacBook. The service was super fast and the people there were very helpful.
If your laptop ever suffers water damage, I highly recommend bringing it here so you can get it looked at immediately. Even if the damage is severe and parts need replacing, they can handle the repairs and even help communicate with Apple, so you don’t have to worry about it yourself.”
“I had an issue trying to install a secure reboot for Battlefield 6. Accidentally fumbled with some other settings and my pc wouldn’t even turn on. Jose knew right away what had to be done. Super professional and really knowledgeable (and I built my own pc). Fixed my issue and saved my hide and the price could not have been more reasonable. Great service great professionalism. All around deserved every star.”
