“Frank was great to work with. I ordered a suit tailored and brought in an old coat that he fixed right up, all while in the process of moving his shop to a new location. I'll stop by eventually and check out the new spot when all setup. Much appreciated,Thanks!”

“This is one shoe store I always come to first, when I'm looking to buy shoes not only for myself, but for my lyl ones. Service jas always been good, workers have always made me feel comfortable, which means a lot to someone like me. If I'm gna pay, and spend money, I expect good customer service, which all the employees have always done. Plus you have ample room to play catch at night with your kids, once your done shopping for shoes and you meet up with your significant other.”

“Came here to Vans Montebello yesterday 10/25/25 and I had a great experience! And it's thanks to an amazing worker named Angel! Angel immediately greeted my friend and I when we walked him and gave me the best deals that they have. Helped me pick out great shirts that were on sale. Outstanding customer service. Angel definitely deserves a raise! Thank you so much Angel for all of your help! Definitely coming back!”

“This shoe palace store is beautiful! The team on site was extra friendly, helpful, & respectful not just to me as a customer but with each other. This really stood out to me, having been a supervisor in a different industry. The team worked well together & were definitely prepared to handle a busy Black Friday (2025). They looked motivated & happy to be there. Check out this location if u haven’t already. The vibe & atmosphere was awesome! As a consumer I always appreciate getting good service & need to give credit where due. Love to see youngsters with good work ethics.”

“We had such a great experience at Journeys thanks to Genesis! My daughter Tori and I came in to look at the Long Converse shoes, and Genesis went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She made sure Tori got exactly what she wanted and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It turned into a great conversation, and we left feeling so happy with our purchase. Genesis truly made our day — she’s amazing at what she does!”

“Today I went shopping. Very sad, it's my favorite store but what a disgusting service, only on the cell phone, texting, the two women simply could never help me because they were upset because I interrupted them when they were on the cell phone. They should really pay more attention to the cell phone. client ?”
