“We arrived at closing time and although one of the guys at the register seemed hesitant, the guy on the floor (I think his name is Jacob Q.) helped us out with some shoes, not rushing us while my daughter decided what shoes to pick. Glad the other stores closed their doors on us when they saw us heading for the store otherwise we would've missed out on the great customer service that was provided to us.. Awesome job 👔

“Actually, I accidentally walked into Macy's Backstage/Home. I thought I was walking into Macy's home that connected to the regular Macys but I was wrong. This location is in the middle of the mall and the main Macy's location is on the far end. It was a Saturday and hardly anyone was here. That doesn't speak for the crowded mall.. NOTE TO SELF - Don't go out on Saturdays After walking around for a bit, I really liked the décor, candles, kitchen accessories and even home accessories this particular Macy's carry. Its kind of like a Ross, Tj Maxx etc... if you want good deals you need to be patient and look at the clothes one by one. I'd consider coming back if I needed décor for my home.”

“My daughter and I walk in 30 minutes before closing on Sunday. We took a quick look around and an employee named Jasmine asked if we needed help. Jasmine was courteous and pleasant in answering our questions. We left without making a purchase. We returned 10 minutes before closing. My teenage daughter is now frustrated because she can't find the shoe she wants. Jasmine was sincerely welcoming again and went above and beyond to find a size another employee needed was not available. Not once did she display any frustration in our indecisiveness. She was calm and professional the entire time. We were thankful for her service and asked if they had an employee survey to commend her and she said no. Turns out she's modest too. “Very good selection on shoes and great staff here. Robert was helping me from the moment i walked into the store and was quick to assist me in getting the right size that I wanted. Someone tried to cut me for a shoe but Robert helped me by notifying other workers and the register I was there before and asked for the size first. Thank you Robert!
