“Came in today with my mom looking for sandals. Its like pulling teeth to buy my mom anything since she is frugal. She needs them for safety. Mario, the employee was outstanding in customer service because he kept asking if we had any questions, always cleaning up after customers leaving their shit everywhere, he offered to look for any sizes we needed that weren't on the floor. Mario actually found a size/color that wasn't stocked on the floor. He offered to keep the sandals up front for us while we continue to shop for a second pair. Once my mom found a pair she wanted. She tried on the shoe but it didn't fit the same because it was a men's work shoe. Mario was a hero again when he was able to find two different sizes in the same style. (Sorry about the steps, Mario) Mario was knowledgeable with Skechers products, military discounts, how the shoe should fit, and what to look out for. I appreciate his outstanding customer service. This military veteran would go to hell and back with Mario's leadership. Thank you.”
