“I went to citadel for the first time and I had a great experience. The parking is not so good tho. Very crowded. But the people in the stores are great. I went to buy my boyfriend some work boots, at timberlands, the girl who was helping me, stayed with me till I was satisfied, answered every question, and even tho I ended up not purchasing them their, I ended up ordering them online, she was so terrific and she even suggested I get them online since they didn’t have the exact boot I wanted. Or I should say he wanted. They are kind of pricey for my budget, but they last forever, and they’re the best quality. So it was all good! A+For the store, and the employees!!”

“It was a great experience for being my first time at a Red Wing store. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted and a sales representative walked up immediately and offered to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Once we found the right boot, the sales rep took me over to have my feet 3D scanned for not only the proper boot size but also my arch and other important information about my feet to determine what the proper boot size and right insoles were needed to give me the proper support and stability I was always looking for in a work boot. I greatly appreciate all the help and information I received at Red Wing. It was a great experience and I definitely will be recommending Red Wings to all my coworkers.
