“I have been a client at chase bank for a few years now. Ray has always been so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Today, I had the misfortune of witnessing Ray being verbally assaulted by a middle aged woman- she yelled, cried and even threatened him and he reacted very calmly. I don't understand how people can treat others in this way but Ray responded with grace. The other employees always cheerfully great me and others upon entering the bank and do whatever they can to help.”
