My autist son sat outside the door for me, and the man came to make sure I was okay. Acts of kindness like this are 5 star.”
“Got a notification on my vehicle that I had a flat tire. It was Sunday morning at 10 AM. Gone are the days of going to full service center. Not here! Mr. Risdon and his son were kind enough to help me get back on my way. They evaluated the problem with efficiency, empathy and professionalism. Truly old school customer service at its finest. “Amazing service! Diego he said his name was greeted me with a smile and did my windshields that once were dirty are now spotless and filled my windshield whiper fluid up! Gave him a generous tip and he filled my gas up for me without me stepping out of my car since a month before I had a knee surgery. “Love this place for gas and other quick needs like snacks or bathroom breaks! The staff is almost always friendly. Special kudos to the graveyard boys! It’s almost the cheapest gas in town, the bathroom is very clean and I really love their coffee! It’s a bit far to get back on the freeway if you’re headed northbound but extremely close if you’re headed southbound! Pretty much my go-to gas station ?”

“It's unfortunate that hydrogen fuel stations are so limited. My recent trip from San Diego to Northern California highlighted this issue. The only true zero-emission station I found on highway 101 was in Santa Barbara.
I arrived at the station around midnight and asked the attendant if I could take a short 30-minute nap before continuing my journey. He graciously agreed. Your station not only provides the rare fuel and is almost always available, but your staff also offers exceptional customer service. Thank you for your commitment to sustainability and your dedication to customer satisfaction.”

“I went here a few times in my van and the evening worker was very nice, friendly and talked to me about my van. I got the keys for the bathroom and wow! It was actually clean!!! Looked like new wall board was installed recently and the place looked and smells clean. Very impressed when a gas station can keep their outdoor restroom clean like that!I'll definitely use this station again. Seeing that I travel in my van, I can tell you this is one of the nicer 24 hour gas stations.”

“Finally free of my no good, cheating, lying, horrible ex-wife. I’m driving south down the 101 towards freedom with the last of my belongings and my dog and what do I happen upon but this oasis. There are no words in the English language to properly describe the quality and condition of the restrooms in this establishment. I believe that after seeing these pristine, opulent, unsoiled facilities that I have a new found reason for living.
Sarah, if you’re reading this, please stay away from this establishment. You and your new boyfriend, Tyler, would defile the sanctity of these toilets. Also, yes, I did take the dog.
Anyways, the bathrooms in this place are great. 5/5.”
“Excellent customer service. Claudia and the other super pretty girl are so polite and nice. Also there are a couple nice young gents. Everyone is polite and attentive. The car wash is a good deal too. But the self serve fresh ground coffee with refillable mug is a $1. Get the mug. Best cheap coffee in California. Only thing I would improve: Better fresh cream options (bagged milk dispenser maybe)? and if the car washes were $1-2 less I would get them more often. I like their build a 6 pack selection.”

“I lived next door many years ago. Same owners. I do not agree with “overpriced” they deliver a high level of service in a busy neighborhood. I guarantee it’s not where homeless are parked at the door guilting you. And if you cannot afford the nuts at the “convenience” store. You are missing the obvious 4businesses across the street that offer an abundant selection of all foods. I will continue to appreciate this station and its abundance of convenient items because as a former neighbor and professional driver I can tell you they are “unwavering” go there or plan accordingly. 1 block from Yacht club. Enjoy.”

“My propane tank has been having filling issues. The gentleman that helped me was very kind, and did everything he could to get more into it. In the end, the tank was full! I'm very grateful for his perserverance and friendly disposition. He didn't complain at all. I also appreciated that he picked up the phone right away when I called initially to see if they could fill my built in propane tank.”
