“Very nice older man working. Im in a wheelchair. My husband got gas and the attendant saw me coming inside, when I asked about a public restroom, he gave me a token to use the pay restroom. My autist son sat outside the door for me, and the man came to make sure I was okay. Acts of kindness like this are 5 star.”
“The graveyard guys, They are the best, that kid in the beanie, he was always very respectful, and also super handsome, fire. The managers are some of the most respectful, and communicative people I've ever met, also both very handsome lol. The best worker tho is definitely Wendy the morning person, she's friendly, beautiful, works hard. And gets things done. If I ever started my own business I'd hire her! And Same thing with the new graveyard kid. Very nice respectful, and handles the job very maturely, and that guy with the man bun, Fitim! He's the best, super hot. Super nice. Quick n easy, keeps it clean. Very nice!! All around best Gas station in all of SB!!”
“Amazing service! Diego he said his name was greeted me with a smile and did my windshields that once were dirty are now spotless and filled my windshield whiper fluid up! Gave him a generous tip and he filled my gas up for me without me stepping out of my car since a month before I had a knee surgery. Thoughtful staff and such a well kept place definitely not your average gas station.”

“It's unfortunate that hydrogen fuel stations are so limited. My recent trip from San Diego to Northern California highlighted this issue. The only true zero-emission station I found on highway 101 was in Santa Barbara.
I arrived at the station around midnight and asked the attendant if I could take a short 30-minute nap before continuing my journey. He graciously agreed. Your station not only provides the rare fuel and is almost always available, but your staff also offers exceptional customer service. “Needed a propane tank refilled and looked online for someone close to me. Found the mobile station and headed over there. The clerk at the counter was really helpful. She filled the tank with no issues and I was on my way in about 10 minutes. She was great and it only cost about $11 to fill it instead of exchanging at my original location. Will be back!!”

I wasn’t feeling well before a one hour drive home after a restaurant and the two men behind the counter let me use the restroom with no issue. I thanked them and headed home. I didn’t have to pay for anything before or after.

“This was my first time going to this shop and it was a wonderful experience. I needed a smog check for my older truck on a Saturday and called several shops first due to the order of listings on Google, but the associates from the other shops were rude on the phone. Ray and his associate at Santa Barbara Gas, Propane & Smog were polite, professional & waited for me even though they were close to closing. They provided excellent service-and my dog liked them, which is rare. Thank you both!”
