It was a short a visit. Friendly staff, not busy on a Saturday. Only thing is bring your passport and id card to open account. This is normal for all banks. But this one also requires bring 2 utilities bills with your name. Not normal requirements. Other Cathay branches do not have this rule.

I think my CC got skimmed at this locations ATM on a Saturday. So be very careful if their system start acting all weird (ie: reboot, shuts down, and make you wait for over 5 minutes for the card to pop back out). Please keep your ATM on check, Maintenance, etc.
