He never rushed me off the phone, and was very polite. He helped me make a decision to start up services immediately. He walked me through many different options to fit my budget. He explained to me he is a family man, and understands when it comes to staying within your budget. Hats off to Tim . Also, I called the 1-888 service number but selected this location, due to visiting this store previously with a family member.
