“Worker Marcus helps my mom upgrade a new phone. She is so happy that getting a new phone and we are glad that meeting Marcus. He is good guy helps us everything ❤️”
“Yiwen was incredibly patient with both my wife and me while helping us upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro Max. She took the time to clearly explain every charge, making sure we understood which ones were one-time payments and which ones would be part of our monthly phone bill going forward.
We also have a three-and-a-half-year-old son who was getting a little restless during our time in the store, and Yiwen remained kind, calm, and patient throughout the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and pleasant, and she resolved everything we needed. We truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Yiwen!”

Kevin, you're the best, this place deserves 10 stars!”

“Came in because I accidentally shaved off the top part of a small screw that held my laptop's battery. The guy was able to unscrew it.
Will come back if I have an issue, my Dad has come to try getting help with his phone too.”
