“Nick at this store is a lifesaver. I walked in a bit stressed out, seriously needing to get a new iPhone, and i left happy with new iPhone in hand after some deliberations about what to buy and trying to make my broken old XS turn back on (it never did RIP old iPhone). It had totally died from water damage or something and was stuck in a reboot loop. Nick was extremely helpful and kind as I was trying to get my sh*t together to get a new iPhone. Outstanding.”

Haven't gotten a survey from t mobile yet so I'll leave it here just in case. 5 outta 5 for both workers. “We had some issues with data transfer that became complicated. We made 2 separate appointments to accomplish the transfer. The verizon staff, specifically Yancy and Jaqueline, were so knowledgeable and patient with all the issues we had. Even when the store was closing they took an extra couple minutes out of their time to help us. I cannot recommend this store high enough based on our customer service experience.”
“Apple at Del Monte is a solid spot! The store was a bit crowded when I visited—though, honestly, what store isn’t on a weekend? The employees were helpful and attentive, making the experience smooth despite the crowd. Overall, a reliable 4-star visit.”

“Alfonso went over and beyond in customer service when I was having trouble switching my phone number over from my Samsung to my iPhone, I thought I was going to have to go back to my old phone but he made multiple calls and tried everything until we were finally able to get my iPhone to work with my old number. I went to 3 different stores trying to get help and everyone else just gave up. He worked on it for at least 2 hours never complaining or acting like it was bothersome. Definitely an employee I’d try to hang on too at all costs. 5 stars plus…..”
