The staff receives consistent praise for being the most welcoming, genuinely friendly, eager to help, and hugely helpful, creating a feeling of warm hospitality. Parking is noted as excellent and convenient, though the lot is small. Many guests highlight lovely, clean rooms, especially on the top floor facing the ocean. A significant drawback mentioned is noise from rooms above, which can be bothersome, and occasional issues like a non-working air conditioner. Despite this, many guests would stay again and highly recommend it for its great walking location to everything.

Fantastic location for Cannery Row & the aquarium. Lots of eating options nearby. The rooms are a bit outdated, but the location makes up for it!

This hotel is wonderful. Location is perfect, the room was clean and smelled nice. The best part was the friendliest ladies at the front desk. They were so helpful and kind. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. I can't wait to return for my next vacation.
