“I was building a gaming PC. It was not my first time building a computer, but I was having issues with the computer booting to the bios. I was scheduled to leave town that day, and was looking for answers. I dropped my computer off to Larry, and he was able to diagnose it for me within 5 hours. It turned out to be a bad motherboard. He gave me his recommendations on what to do, and I ordered another motherboard.

After ordering another motherboard, I still had issues with the computer. This time, it was my fault. Larry, again, took the time to diagnose my computer (on Memorial Day) and gave me another solution to fix my issues. I again, ordered new parts, and got my computer up and running.

Larry is a great guy. He’s very honest, and I highly recommend his services. He taught me a few things about building computers that I will not forget. Thank you, Larry!”

I was surprised when I heard they were only charging me $69. The place before I found this one wanted to charge $140. As you can see it was such a big difference. “Irving and Joshua helped me set up my new iPhone 16 Pro Max the 5 Star review is for them-- they even handled all the Verizon "hurdles." I am thrilled with their performance. HOWEVER, when I checked in, Harry, couldn't have been ruder to me-- I give him 0 Stars. He laughed in my face when I explained Apple set up an appointment for me online, claiming that it was "set up incorrectly" (FYI I set up the Apple Appointment on the phone and their own people set it up....)...And then tried to "banish me" to a section of the store where they were NOT paying attention to me... Thank god Joshua and Irving saved the day- GO TO THEM. Please avoid Harry at all costs. I run a business in the Customer Service industry, and believe me when I say Harry was not the type of person I would want representing MY brand.”
