I was scheduled to leave town that day, and was looking for answers. I dropped my computer off to Larry, and he was able to diagnose it for me within 5 hours. It turned out to be a bad motherboard. He gave me his recommendations on what to do, and I ordered another motherboard.
After ordering another motherboard, I still had issues with the computer. This time, it was my fault. Larry, again, took the time to diagnose my computer (on Memorial Day) and gave me another solution to fix my issues. I again, ordered new parts, and got my computer up and running.
