“I love this place I come here all the time the atmosphere is top notch and there are lots of events, you can get a good alcoholic drinks here as well as fries to split with your friends burgers, sausages, and pizza.It’s a good place to hang out .”
“There are wide variety of stores and shops at the Westlake Plaza. Vons is located there along with my favorite Starbucks. There's plenty of parking and outside seating to enjoy the beautiful weather. On the weekends bicycle groups stop there to rest during their rides. CVS also has a large store here.”

“Great shops and restaurants. But also the wonderful Ciniopolis. An upscale movie theater where a server comes to seat at the push of a notification button, takes your food and drink order and then delivers it to your seat which can recline to a comfortable home theater experience.”

IT'S RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE SO I'M THERE A LOT!

“I was visiting Port Hueneme and decided to go look for a specific type of baggy jeans that’s I’ve been wanting to buy for like 2 years. I decided against Camarillo outlets because this mall had Zara. Well I’m glad I went to the oaks because while Zara and H&M didnt have what I wanted. I went the 1st of the mall as I exited Nordstrom and saw this store Cotton:On and viola!!! They had the jeans I’ve been looking for 2 years in the right size and it was buy one get one half price. When I mentioned to someone that I went to the Oaks, they said oh you went to the Luxury mall. California I loveeeeeeeeee. I’ll be back 10/10”
“It is small shopping center but good selection of restaurants are there. Tj Maxx to shop. Perfect location for ladys to shop and meet with friends for lunch at variety choice of restaurants. Sushi, Indian, Chinese noodle, breakfast ... dunkin donut is near”
“Bustling strip mall with lots of my favorite to-go places like Eggs N Things, Toppers, JoAnn Fabrics, a great poke place, too. Unfortunately the bead place moved out and went to the valley. Large chain grocery store is there, too!”

“I wish I took pictures but this is the SPOT!! Everything is clean. Big store. They have a whole section that is brand new. Staff is fun and love to help put a fit together. I bought my Mom a walker for $10 brand new. They even have a good men's section.”

“This is a cool little shopping plaza with a Starbucks, a Lazer tag video arcade (that actually has working pinball machines), as well as some nice little eateries. It's located not far from the Ronald Reagan historical library museum as well as lots of outdoor recreation (trails, parks etc). There are other larger shopping centers nearby as well!”
“This place is a dream, to walk beautiful it is not big but there is a children's play area and you can walk around the fountain and then eat in some restaurant.”

“This is a big goodwill, they have a couple downsides, the donation area is behind the building and a bit out of the way, and their prices are a bit on the high side, I've noticed a lot of the same items sticking sround, even some that have been there from their grand opening. It's worth a visit from time to time, it's a clean store with a lot of items.”
“Made an appointment so I can ride in from Temecula and have a custom seat that can do miles on my bike without feeling a thing! Prior to BMS, my stock seat would start to hurt after 150 miles. With BMS, I can ride over 600 before I need to shift a cheek! Highly recommend riding your seat in. My ST1300 loves it.”
“Went to pay my Spectrum and Verizon bills in person; being that I'm retired now and gives me something to do to stay active. I'm hoping the whole mall square survive from being shut down or relocated. As of 5/6/2025, the mall is still there! The Verizon store and salesmen are always helpful.”
