They were fairly busy when I went in, and it seemed like only one woman was working - she was so patient and positive even juggling people checking out and asking about additional sizes of shoes. The gentleman in front of me had a complicated transaction and she never lost her cool and was so gracious. “I've been here 5 times now, and I can honestly say that Simi Batting Cages offer a better experience and better value over other cages in the area. I've been to cages in Newbury Park charging double for a lane that doesn't even include a pitching machine. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the long hours ensure everyone a chance to get on the schedule, whether it's solo time in the batting cages or team/small group time in the reserved lanes. I definitely recommend this place!”
“Started building my home gym April 2024 and put in a ton of work online price comparing. ETE came across my IG feed and not only were they the best prices around, they have a storefront! I started with my 245lb grip plates and barbells. Here I am September upping my weight in barbells and added a curl bar to the party ?. Customer service is awesome, I just call in advance to check inventory and drive from Lancaster and back just for ETE.”

“I have been coming into TO Trophies once a year for at least the past 11 years and they are always super helpful. This year I was very late dropping off the trophy to get engraved and when he asked when I need it I told him I needed it in 2 days but didn't expect it to be turned around that fast. He immediately said that he'll have it done. Not only did he get it done, it was done beautifully. Then he stayed open for an extra few minutes so I could pick it up. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

“We’ve been in a few times as my kid is getting into skateboarding. Each time the guys helping us have been super knowledgeable and fantastic working with my elementary-aged child.
Today we went in to get a board and Sean helped us through the whole process. When it came time to build it, he even proactively engaged my kiddo to help. Now, my kid has the pride of having built his own board and we have a skate shop we love.”

While the shoes felt great, I got the feeling that the salesperson was guiding me toward the priciest shoe, which I later found for about half the price elsewhere. (And my physical therapist suggested that I wear a shoe with more cushion and not so much support.)”
