I ordered a pair of boots that were on a mega sale, when i had not received shipping info after a week i contacted BTO on the phone, surprisingly a real person answered right away, no menu, not bots. I was informed unfortunately that although my payment went through a few other people had ordered at the same time and the boot i ordered was out of stock. Frustrated at first, the sales rep swapped my order with a similar boot and discounted it almost to the price of the one i ordered. Hard to find a mainly online sales company that actually has real customer service nowadays. Will continue buying from them.”

“Memorial Day, lots of people in the store. I walked straight to the shoe style I was after and couldn't find any extra wide sizes. Didn't even have to ask for help - this nice young man walked up and asked me what I was looking for. He told me exactly which of the shoes on display came in extra wide. Not on the shelf? No worry, he went in the back and came back out 10 seconds later with the size I asked for. Shoe was slightly too small. Made eye contact with another employee who immediately came over and took my order for the next 1/2 size up. She ran off and reappeared 10 sec later with the pair I ended up buying. Excellent customer support from attentive and well mannered employees despite the chaos of a holiday weekend. I will be buying my shoes from now on at this store.”

“My son uses the Bownet Solo Kicker net to keep his leg warm during games. He also uses it for home practice. It has been a great tool. He has used the net hundreds of reps over the last 4 years. Last Friday night he kicked a ball and knocked a hole in the net. I called Bownet on Monday to try and get a replacement by today. Keep in mind I am completely across the country from them. Not only did they have what I needed to replace the net, they got it to me yesterday in plenty of time to get it swapped out. Just in time for tonight's game! Thanks Fred!!”
