“Great custom service today! They were fairly busy when I went in, and it seemed like only one woman was working - she was so patient and positive even juggling people checking out and asking about additional sizes of shoes. The gentleman in front of me had a complicated transaction and she never lost her cool and was so gracious. Great experience and I'll definitely think of this store next time I'm looking for shoes for my family.”

“I have been buying my shoes at Fleet Feet, (long before their current name); I have always receive excellent service. Yesterday, I went in & bought a new pair of shoes. I have been ordering my shoes online since the pandemic, but I decided I needed to have my shoe size checked because my shoes appeared to be too small. Joe scanned my feet so he could determine the best shoe for me. Ultimately, I changed from the manufacturer I have been wearing for years and purchased a shoe & insert that I am so happy with, all because of Joe’s recommendation; Fleet Feet is the best!”

“I’ve been shopping at The Tennis Shop of Westlake for a while now and the customer service is second to none. Tim is incredibly knowledgeable, never pushy, and always takes the time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need without overspending. Whether it’s racquets, stringing, shoes, or advice, this is the place to go in the Conejo Valley. Highly recommend supporting a local shop that still puts customers first.”

“I have been coming into TO Trophies once a year for at least the past 11 years and they are always super helpful. This year I was very late dropping off the trophy to get engraved and when he asked when I need it I told him I needed it in 2 days but didn't expect it to be turned around that fast. He immediately said that he'll have it done. Not only did he get it done, it was done beautifully. Then he stayed open for an extra few minutes so I could pick it up. If I could give them 6 stars I would! Thanks for the great service over the years! :-)”

Weight of bike 140lbs do you know the battery weight 75 lbs. So my brother had to go back up to big 5 he bought the rack cost him $180.00 the problem was after he bought it he had to return it. The store was spotless and well-organized, which made shopping a breeze. Cassidy even went the extra mile by wrapping my bat for me while I continued to browse — such a thoughtful touch! “My son uses the Bownet Solo Kicker net to keep his leg warm during games. He also uses it for home practice. It has been a great tool. He has used the net hundreds of reps over the last 4 years. Last Friday night he kicked a ball and knocked a hole in the net. I called Bownet on Monday to try and get a replacement by today. Keep in mind I am completely across the country from them. Not only did they have what I needed to replace the net, they got it to me yesterday in plenty of time to get it swapped out. Just in time for tonight's game! Thanks Fred!!”

I went in to sell some discs and wound up having a fantastic time getting to know Jim and his team whom also helped me bring in boxes from my car.
