“When going to Daiso you will always find new things. It's a great place for things large enough for one or two people. This includes dipping bowls, rice bowls, soup bowls, glasses, teapots, teacups, sake cups and bottles, cast iron grilling and frying pans, colanders, and so much more! You will find art supplies, notebooks, pens, pencils, fluffy socks, gardening supplies, snacks, slippers, plush toys, makeup, hair ties, you name it, Daiso probably has it. The salespeople? AWESOME!”

“This is one of my favorite stores in Chinatown, it's a lot like the Ben Franklin shops of my childhood. They have great toys, crafts, hardware, housewares, accessories, and pajamas and shoes, and snacks! They really do have everything. We get our house slippers here. You can't beat their prices and the owners are pleasant.”

“I love Daiso, so this is a review for this location only and not the company as a whole. This location is smaller than most and while there was a wide range of products it felt less stocked than a typical Daiso. The low lighting made it difficult to read some packaging, I didn't find it to be very well lit in comparison to most retail stores like Target or DollarTree. Staff was less friendly than typical for Daiso, but they also seemed to be understaffed, so maybe I was just there on a bad day for them. Parking at this location is ample, there's a huge free lot, but you have to walk a ways to find the entrance and go to the store. I've been going to this shopping center for 5 years and only just discovered it was there, so it's not very obvious to find. The pricing is all listed in Yen, and they have charts to show you how they're converting it to US dollars for your purchase.”
“Loved how organized and put together this Dollar Tree was. I’ve been to more than my share of Dollar Trees, and most of them looked picked over and sloppy. I understand affordability and low prices for most items means a lot of turnover and a bit of a mess, but this store was a cut above in how well organized it was. I was pleased with the wide variety of kitchen items and cleaning goods. This Dollar Tree also came off as a teacher’s paradise with all the crafting and decorationally focused items for sale. Wide aisles and easy to navigate store set up overall. The one constant is register workers who are offering pretty much as little effort as they can get away with.”
“We were on the hunt for a new sofa, and the store manager, Wayne, went above and beyond to help me and my family. We found a stunning recliner sofa for our home theater that feels even better than luxury theater seating. Wayne offered us an incredible deal and saved us hundreds of dollars! This is hands down the nicest sofa we’ve ever owned, and it didn’t break the bank. If you don’t have movers, definitely ask him for help because he saved us another $100 on delivery fees. He was also unbelievably kind and respectful, and genuinely will put your interests first. I definitely will be coming back here. We are so grateful for Wayne’s help and can’t wait to shop here again in the future!”
“Shoutout to Harsh! He is one of the hardest-working employees I’ve seen. Every time I shop here, he’s friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist customers. Whether he’s stocking shelves or working the register, he has a great attitude and provides excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, my experience with some other employees hasn’t always been as positive. At times I’ve felt ignored or received poor customer service, which is why Harsh stands out so much. He consistently goes above and beyond to help customers and make them feel welcome.

“Very urban dollar tree. The parking lot is a little messy with a bit of broken glass strewn around, but the inside was much better kept. The high traffic areas were a bit messy, but most of that is on the customers who refuse to actually replace items they no longer want back where they took them from. The store had an excellent breadth of items with a nicely populated ‘back to school’ section for teachers which I was happy to take a few items like pencils and a few caddies for my classroom. There’s also tons of cleaning supplies, but oddly no rubber gloves for washing dishes. The neighborhood was a bit rough, but the store was easy to navigate with a lot of value for the $1.25 or $1.50 price tag.”
“Usually you experience grumpy people and long lives at dollar tree , but in brentwood , it's three people are in line , they call someone else to check. This store is always stock and always clean and organized. There is an employee named suzy(spelling?), who always makes me feel at home. When she greets me into the store!”

“This Dollar Tree had a much more down home feel than others I’ve been to, and the inventory was much better managed than others as well. The staff was actually helpful, which I found honestly surprising, and I was able to find the missing items that I couldn’t get my hands on at other Dollar Tree stores, namely magnetic clips for my bulletin boards at school. It also had a lot of small touches that set it above others, like not picked over travel and smaller goods like lint brushes. There was also an abundance of sports/energy drinks that were actually organized and at an exceptional price point for the amount of drink packs being offered. If I’m anywhere near this store, I will go to this Dollar Tree over others.”
