“The owner, Geoff, is very patient and takes time to listen to your needs. They offer a huge amount of printing services! From business checks and brochures to promo items with your company's/small business' logo on them, glassware and water bottles, t-shirts and food packaging boxes and stickers, presentation folders...You name it...I'm pretty sure Geoff can figure it out for you. ? He has been with Big City since 1998! And purchased the business earlier this year, from the owner (his business mentor) upon her retirement. I LOVE that you can visit the office to view samples of a lot of the jobs they've done, so you can get a visual idea of how something may turn out before ordering. ??? Great communication and products!”

“I've been using the same printer for the last 10 years, only to find they closed shop in 2022. Panic set in as I now had to find a replacement. After reaching out to several different printers, I went with this one. I'm sooooo happy I did. Communication via email works well. I didn't have to explain what I needed and actually learned I could design my project a lot simpler than I have been. Prices are reasonable and turnaround time is quick. I'm so glad I found a new printer!”
