“This is my credit union. I have been with Altura credit union since the 1980/1990s. On several occasions I have been assisted by Robert Resendiz. And I have to say he epitomizes Altura credit Union. I have been absolutely impressed with this credit union. They have always been there for me no matter what I have needed from them. They have contacted me on many occasions when a purchase has seemed to be "iffy". The purchase is then held until I either approve it or disapprove it. And I appreciate that so much. And as I said above, Robert epitomizes Altura credit union. He is so very friendly and pleasant to work with. He is knowledgeable about everything. When I have had a question, he knows exactly what to do or how to answer that question. At times he has given me options on my questions. I always feel like my account is safe in his hands.
