“GREAT Experience.
I had the unfortunate luck to require work boots of a specific nature and size that were at the time difficult to get ahold of.
Two previous locations were not in stock and a gentleman in the shoe department at Riverside location went above and beyond to locate the very pair I desired.
At the Moreno Valley store.
He called ahead, verified the item and asked them to place a hold on them for me in order to garuntee they would be there for me.
Perhaps it doesn't sound like a big deal but for me at that time?
It was.
