“I wanted to take a moment to point out Latrese (apologies if I spelled your name incorrectly) but I went out yesterday at 6a to find the crazy TikTok tree. She helped me, the tree wasn't received yet. There's limited stock, everywhere! But her customer service was beyond what I was expecting. She said once the tree was received she will give me a call to hold it of me before she puts it on the floor. Next morning BOOM, I get a call. She kept her word and I'm so appreciative of that. I'm pregnant. I wanted to get THE tree before baby comes because cmon my husband won't decorate after the baby comes for me. Fortunately I found one and they saved one for me for an hour at Campbell location. But I'm writing this review as I'm having contractions, so thank you Latrese.”

They were attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to answer questions thoroughly and ensure I had exactly what I needed for our repairs. Their positive attitudes and genuine willingness to assist made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable.
