As we are currently in the middle of several home repair projects, I spent a considerable amount of time in the store and had the opportunity to interact with multiple members of your team. I am consistently impressed by the professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to help that your employees demonstrate.

In particular, I would like to recognize Jacki and Luis. Both were truly a delight to work with. They were attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to answer questions thoroughly and ensure I had exactly what I needed for our repairs. Their positive attitudes and genuine willingness to assist made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable.

Additionally, several other team members throughout the store were equally helpful—offering guidance, checking inventory, and making thoughtful recommendations. It was clear that customer service is a priority at your location, and it certainly does not go unnoticed.
