“George and his family run an amazing shop. I had started a DIY repair and got in over my head. George was able to help me in a quick fix to complete the repair and even though he could have had me over a barrel charged way less than I was expecting. I think these people for running such an honorable establishment. Will definitely be taking my car here in the future.”
“I cannot say enough positive things! My tire light came on for 3 tires on my Range Rover and I thought I had pumped enough air in them, but the light would not turn off, so I took it here to get checked out. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and offered to take a look on the spot. He topped off all my tires and was able to get the light off. I guess I did not put in the right amount of air. But thanks to them I now have peace of mind taking the car on our road trip. Thank you again!! Highly recommend and would go back.”

“I so appreciate the knowledge & honesty at Country Auto. My '69 mustang was making a weird noise when turning the wheel. A neighbor with the same car gave me some F Type power steering fluid. The reservoir was full. I called Country Auto yesterday morning. My husband has been going to Mike and his team for years. I expected to get an appointment in the future. However, Mike said to bring the car in before lunch and someone would take a look to see if it was a simple matter of adjusting a belt. The issue ended up being a pump. I left the car overnight and picked it up my today. It has a new pump and was under warranty :) the car is purring, no weird noises. The front office and mechanics are all so kind and knowledgeable.”

“My husband took our daughter's Lexus in for a quote. Mr. Kevin Lam, Service Advisor, gave a fair estimate of $1,149.16 ($450 lower than another body shops quote of $1,600) and also cleaned off the smudges without charge. We are very happy for his honesty as what is chargeable work and what can be easily wiped clean with a solution. I highly recommend this ethical body shop. Ask for Mr. Lam when you go there!”

“Beyond happy with my service and vehicle repairs.
I was in a vehicle accident on Labor Day and within minutes I was booked with South County Collision. They called my insurance to set me up and the next day, they ordered the parts and gave me an ETA of the arrival of the parts and how long the job was going to take.
They offered me a loaner car through them with no cost. The next day, I called to reschedule my appointment due to me needing a bigger vehicle. Instead of being bothered by me rescheduling, they went ahead and scheduled me a rental car, called my insurance, and set me up with a ride to Enterprise. I received updates and were flexible enough with my pickup due to me having something scheduled around the period they were going to be done.
The level of care they provide to their customers is great. You can tell they care about the customer rather than making money and screwing you over. Hope I don't put myself in this situation again but if I am, I would definitely go back to South County Collision Center.
