I'd passed it many times over the years living in Yucca not thinking anything of it. “I had a great experience with Sun Valley. Loved the people that worked there. Couldn't be more accommodating and friendly. Best of all it is climate controlled. It can get pretty hot in Palm Springs and we didn't want our items to be damaged due to the excessive heat.”

“Getting a storage space was quick, easy, and a lock is included. The manager is super nice and helpful. Love that they are all drive-up spaces. Unit was very clean and there are many security cameras I didn't want to take off a star for this, but there no lighting in the individual spaces (at least the small ones), so bring a headlamp, or I'll often flip my car around and use my headlights.”
“Visited the facility for the first time & will say it is well maintained, appears to be safe, I was mainly concerned about security, although that might be a problem, indoor storage is the safest way to do things at this facility I think, its nothing to do with the company it's mainly the city of Desert Hot Springs ( a lot of theft in general) you cannot safely park your car on the street anymore you may run out of luck and have your cat converter stolen by the next morning, I'm very familiar with the Desert Hot Springs city & have to say their current Manager Anthony was beyond helpful when o first came in he provided exceptional customer service showing me around the facility in general and responding to every one of my questions he made me feel confident about getting an indoor storage unit safe enough for my SUV & personal belongings.Despite the ongoing flow of people or rush hours he keeps up very well providing you with everything you may need to move in or out of this storage facility at affordable rates, & kindly service.”
