Naj from the mountain view branch did an amazing job. Never have I went to a phone store and received this type of care and service. I wish Naj was at every branch because his knowledge makes the process very smooth.

The representative at the time( Friday, July 16) was super helpful and nice about the whole thing. From trying to sell me on different accessories ( almost did but didn't have money ): to helping me set up my SIM card.
