Epilogue - Returned the phones and canceled the plan.However, this is the in-between. Turned up at this T-Mobile store with the above problem - I cannot fully state the exemplary service provided by some of the staff at this store.Jose is an absolute legend! A remarkable person who was extremely considerate, demonstrated exceptional comprehension of the problem and potential solutions. Above all has infinite patience! True rock star! He spent several hours with support on my behalf to have this issue sorted. The epitome of how customer support ought to be - and fundamentally how people ought to be, kind and compassionate. “I've seen many negative reviews but my experience here was great! I came in with my girlfriend looking for a TV. Sudarshan greeted us at the door and quickly established a personal relationship with us. I did not go in with the mindset to buy any TV, but Sudarshan had great knowledge and showed me the difference between OLED and QHD. He wasn't pushy at all and I walked out with a 55inch Sony OLED. He deserves recognition, I would come back for that type of service any day!”

“This Target is usually excellent, occasionally poor.It's a pretty large store by Mountain View standards, with a wide variety of items for purchase.The self-checkout is very efficient and not as confusing as most. If you're lucky, your station will have a little scanner, easier to use than the one connected to the machine directly.I recommend getting a Target RedCard credit or debit card. The 5% off really adds up if you shop at Target often, and given how ubiquitous they are, that's easy to do.I've bought way too many CDs and other things here... especially in 2016, tons of Shinedown/Carrie Underwood, just to get people to take them....”
