I mean, you never expect much when going into a phone store, especially since the reason I went in was because my bill wasn’t the same when I went to Costco I spoke to the guy for like 10 minutes and he messed everything up anyways, I came in and saw William and Antonio. When I say their customer service was top notch. To a non tech person he is a life saver. He was so humble about his expertise. So nice, polite and helpful. First, he asked what color is needed- it happened to be a match for my iPhone! It took about an hour and I was satisfied with the work.”

Their US customer service dept is excellent to deal with - warranty, tech specs, use specs. They a US distributor and you will have to buy the products from Amazon, Walmart, and Newegg.”
