“If you would prefer group excercis probably it's a good option for you. There isn't something such as individual excercis here. It depends on days, some days hard exercise and some day more relax and easy. You can pick which branch and type you want to go for each section. You can buy monthly subscription or pay for some sections, it depends on your excercis plan. If you are new, coach spend time to explain for you and as much as you need, coach will help you. I really like this place and just one issue I have with it. Some coaches are so pushy and chase you around, some of them more moderate and don't micromanaging your activities. I prefer the second type of coach to get adopt over time. I know some people prefer pushy type. There are different options and you can attend in classes with moderate coaching style.”

“I will write my very honest review. For the last 3 years I have gained a lot of weight. Both my workplace and my apartment complex has gym. They are so convenient but I don’t know which muscle group I need to work on, where to start or I don’t feel motivated at all. I have been trying so many ways: diets, intermittent fasting, working out, walking…One day I saw an add says “looking for candidates who wants to lose weight”. I didn’t really understand the concept but decided to try the free trial. Another thing to try… almost losing my hope. Starting a new journey to lose weight…again..Melisa showed me what the system is and I loved loved loved it! Why ?1- this place has a system. If you are a person who doesn’t know what to do when you go to gym, you have to try 9R. It is well balanced full body workout. The space is so small but the system is brilliant!2-It is only 30 min. Once you enter there is almost no time to think. You go with the flow.. and you continue challenging yourself because you can literally see how far you have completed and how much left.3- I have only worked with Melisa and Sumit so far. They are both very positive and they encourage you A LOT. I feel like I am working with personal trainers. They are A-MA-ZING.list could go on.. I will update my result after couple of months. If you have any question, just go and try.”

“This was a great gym for a drop in. I was able to sign up for class easily online ahead of time. Tim (owner/coach) is really experienced and knowledgeable. The people were friendly and very welcoming and the gym was organizing and well equipped. Looking forward to my next visit.”

“Great gym, Dan was super welcoming and friendly. Wide variety of equipment for basically any kind of lifting. Quality of equipment is also high, including some amazing Eleiko Power Bars. Cannot emphasize enough how awesome Dan was. Let me grab a whole ass carpet from another room to help with my bench setup. Friendly gym goers in general as well.”

“nice, clean, updated recreation facility that has multi-use day & night, all year round. inside the building, there is an indoor basketball court that can double as a dance floor/multi-purpose room. there are also separate classrooms to be used for teaching dance, strength classes, etc. there are separate men's & women's restrooms and locker rooms. outside, there is a softball field, basketball court, and track & field stadium, all fitted with lights, so activities can continue after sunset. the track & field stadium has bleachers on one side, with a multi-use field for football, soccer, bootcamp and other activities. the track is perfect for runners and walkers alike. there is a restroom structure and water fountain at the front entrance of the stadium. for parking, there is dedicated lot parking right outside the main building extending all the way down to the softball field. you may also park along middlefield road on the weekends (most hours mon-fri, you may not park along middlefield, lest you wish to be towed). side streets are usually available for parking, just check the signs before you do so! conveniently located near 101 & shoreline, and a short drive from downtown mountain view.”

“A great private high school in the heart of Silicon Valley. That they have high standards for all students shouldn't be interpreted as "racism" by some on this post. Good academics- sports-social life and religious development are the keys to a well rounded graduate. Those who think their going to change a proven educational plan need to rethink their own narcissism. Recommended my too students to St Francis over the years and have been thanked for that to this day.”

“My first experience here 2 years ago wasn't great, and I stopped going to this studio. But I recently started coming back to this studio for the past 7 months, and I'm glad I did. Anyone who's new to this studio. I recommend trying out each coach to figure out which one works best for how you workout, what type of support you need, and what vibe you want. I personally like Derek's classes. A smaller class will give the coach a better chance to help correct form vs a class that has more than 24 people in it. The only downside - and not the studio's fault - is the hardware. No matter which studio I go to, the heart monitor sometimes doesn't connect.”

“This gym is so clean! There is someone cleaning at all times. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond if there is ever an issue. This gym also has lot of equipment so you don't have to be waiting for long periods of time. The equipment is well kept and functional. They also have a ton of cardio machines. I highly recommend this gym.”
