“One of the best workout studios I’ve been to! I’ve tried a lot of different studios on classpass but Transform’s workouts challenge you in such an amazing way! The instructors flow the class very smoothly and you will feel your muscles ache the next day, in a great way!”

“This was a great gym for a drop in. I was able to sign up for class easily online ahead of time. Tim (owner/coach) is really experienced and knowledgeable. The people were friendly and very welcoming and the gym was organizing and well equipped. Looking forward to my next visit.”

“I would like to give this place a perfect score. The 24-hour access is a huge plus for me. When there’s no trainer, each station has monitors that guide me through the exercises I need to do. If I want to work out during trainer hours, I can get some pads work from the well-trained trainers. They’re all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they know how to push me to the next level, which is exactly what I’m looking for. I’ve enjoyed their company so much that I go there every day!”

“I’m all about NCFit, it’s helped me get in shape and feel like part of a real community. The folks here are super friendly and always cheering each other on, which makes a big difference. The coaches are awesome too, fun, know their stuff, and make every class something to look forward to!”

“nice, clean, updated recreation facility that has multi-use day & night, all year round. inside the building, there is an indoor basketball court that can double as a dance floor/multi-purpose room. there are also separate classrooms to be used for teaching dance, strength classes, etc. there are separate men's & women's restrooms and locker rooms. outside, there is a softball field, basketball court, and track & field stadium, all fitted with lights, so activities can continue after sunset. the track & field stadium has bleachers on one side, with a multi-use field for football, soccer, bootcamp and other activities. the track is perfect for runners and walkers alike. there is a restroom structure and water fountain at the front entrance of the stadium. for parking, there is dedicated lot parking right outside the main building extending all the way down to the softball field. you may also park along middlefield road on the weekends (most hours mon-fri, you may not park along middlefield, lest you wish to be towed). side streets are usually available for parking, just check the signs before you do so! conveniently located near 101 & shoreline, and a short drive from downtown mountain view.”

“A classic no frills powerlifting gym. I traveled to the Bay Area for work and stopped by for a morning workout. Even at 6-7 am, it was pretty packed with almost every rack taken. The guest pass is $28, payable by Venmo.”

“This is my go-to place for getting my nails done. The staff is friendly and tends to you without being pushy. The color selection is awesome, and the price very reasonable. I love being able to relax in the massage chair and look out the window to the parking lot and the trees. The nail salon shares a parking lot with Trader Joe's and is right next to Game Kastle. Fridays and Saturdays are busiest. Call ahead for an appointment, although they do take walk-ins. I literally drive 15 minutes out of my way to this nail salon for the ambiance, the value and the service. Highly recommend!”

“Let me tell you... Reading the previous reviews I was worried about visiting this studio. Whatever they were before much has changed! The near ruthless adherence to policy was nowhere to be seen. The staff understood I was visiting and not one of their local members. They took the time to explain the studio fee and then waived it for my first visit since I was already at the studio. They even helped me out with a pair of socks when I realized I had not packed at set. The Coach, Ariana, made time to hear about a recent injury and, in the middle of a complex template, made time to check on me. They were understanding, supportive, engaged and lived up to the best standard of OTF member support that keeps me coming back. Whatever happened before, this studio deserves a second chance or, for those considering a life under the orange lights, a first visit!”
