We booked on-line expecting a very automated service, but were very pleased to receive a phone call from the facility manager double-checking to see if we had any questions or issues. All-in-all, it was a very good experience.

The unit was set up as they promised. The app wirelessly opened the gate as they promised. The lock was in the unit as promised. I'm satisfied. I'm looking forward to everything going smoothly when I go back to pick up my stuff.
